How to use your Orla planner

Ten minutes of setup, then the planner works like a small app. These steps are for GoodNotes and Notability on iPad; other PDF apps work the same way.

1. Download the files

After payment, Hotmart sends you an email with access to the files. Download the planner PDF in the color you like — Latte, Rose or Sage, Monday or Sunday start. All six files are included. The stickers and covers are already inside. On iPad, save them to the Files app.

2. Import into GoodNotes

  1. Open GoodNotes and tap New → Import.
  2. Choose the planner PDF in Files.
  3. Wait until all 989 pages load. The first opening takes a little longer than usual.

You can also open the PDF in Files, tap Share and choose GoodNotes.

3. Import into Notability

  1. Open Notability and tap Import (the arrow icon) on the library screen.
  2. Choose the planner PDF.
  3. Notability creates a new note with all pages.

4. Use the links

All tabs and buttons are links: months on the side, Home, the year, the month and the week at the top, and every date in the calendars.

  • GoodNotes: tap the pen icon to switch to read-only mode, then tap a link. Switch back to write.
  • Notability: deselect the pen tool, then tap a link.
  • If your app is set to draw only with Apple Pencil, you can tap links with your finger.

OneNote opens the file, but the links do not work there.

5. Change the cover

The planner includes ten covers near the end of the file, just before the sticker pages. On the “Start here” page, tap Choose your cover to see them.

  • GoodNotes: open the page thumbnails, drag your favourite cover to the first position and delete the old cover.
  • Notability: use Rearrange pages and move the cover to the front.

6. Add stickers

The 700 stickers are on the last 37 pages of the planner. Tap STICKERS on the Home page to get there.

  • GoodNotes: select a sticker with the lasso, tap it and choose Copy, then paste it on any page. To keep a favourite at hand, choose Add to Elements.
  • Notability: select the sticker with the lasso, copy it and paste it on your page.

Copy stickers rather than moving them, so the sticker pages stay complete.

7. Duplicate pages

Need one more notes page or a second day page? In GoodNotes, open the thumbnails, tap the small arrow on a page and choose Duplicate. In Notability, open the page thumbnails and use the page options to copy and paste the page. New pages have no links pointing to them, which is fine for notes.

Important: do not delete linked pages

Tabs and buttons point to specific pages. If you delete a month, a week or a day, the links that pointed to it will open the wrong page. Delete only pages you added yourself, and the old cover.
