I collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what is collected and why.

When you buy

Payment is handled by Hotmart. Your name, email and payment details are collected and processed by Hotmart under its own privacy policy. I receive your name, email and order details so I can deliver the product and answer your questions. I never see your card number.

Newsletter and “notify me”

If you subscribe, your email is stored by the newsletter service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). I use it only to send Orla letters and product launch notices. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Statistics and Pinterest

If you accept cookies, the site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visit statistics and the Pinterest Tag to measure Pinterest ads. If you decline, these scripts are not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA), which keeps technical server logs (such as IP address and browser) for security.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (Brazil), the GDPR (EU) and similar laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails. Write to orlaplanner@yahoo.com and I will reply within 15 days.

Storage

Order data is kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
