Terms of use

These terms apply to the website and to all digital products sold under the Orla brand. By buying a product, you agree to them.

Who sells

Orla is a small independent brand based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Contact: orlaplanner@yahoo.com.

Payments are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the reseller and payment platform. Hotmart’s own terms also apply to your purchase.

What you buy

All products are digital files (PDF, PNG, spreadsheet or Notion templates). Nothing is shipped. You receive access to the files right after payment.

Licence

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence:

• you may use the files on your own devices and print them for your own use;
• you may not resell, share, give away or upload the files, in full or in part, or use them in products for sale;
• you may share photos or screen recordings of your filled-in pages on social media.

All designs, texts and illustrations belong to Orla.

Compatibility

Before buying, please check the “Works with” section of the product page. If a file does not open or does not work as described, write to me and I will help or replace it.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Hotmart may show the price in your local currency and add local taxes at checkout. Discount codes are valid only during the stated period.

Refunds

The planner is a digital file. If a file is damaged or does not open, write to orlaplanner@yahoo.com within 7 days of purchase and you will receive a working file. Payments are processed by Hotmart; any refund request during Hotmart’s guarantee period is handled by Hotmart under its rules.

Liability

The products are planning tools. I am not responsible for decisions you make based on them, including financial decisions made with the budget templates.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date of the latest version is shown below.
